Small Groups
We would like to offer some new small group opportunities for you beginning next year. Sign-ups will be available this month so we can begin forming groups. Remember, we need homes and helpers to make our groups possible, so please let us know if you will be able to lend a hand in any way.
• B90: (The Bible in 90 Days™) is a non-denominational curriculum structured around the mission: “To read, ATTENTIVELY, every word of the Bible in 90 days.” Each participant reads 12 pages a day in a specially selected Bible, then gathers with fellow participants once a week for insight, accountability, fellowship and encouragement. This curriculum is an excellent follow-up to Experiencing God. Groups will begin to meet the week of January 4th.
Pure Passion: a Companion Study for Parents. Alarming statistics remind us that, as parents, we need to work hard to help our teenagers make good choices that will affect them for the rest of their lives. This is especially true regarding sexual issues. Parents must equip their children to make godly choices, and thereby to resist the influences they constantly receive from the world around them. The best way we can help is to communicate well and often with our teens. This is so critical that we felt compelled to provide the opportunity for all parents of our youth to learn and discuss the study the STAY group will be covering this January. Our group will begin to meet on Wednesday, January 7th.

•Fireproof Your Marriage (Love Dare): Beginning in late February, we encourage our married couples to participate in this small group as part of their Lenten discipline. This program will challenge couples in how to show, and ultimately achieve, real love. This study, based on the movie FIREPROOF, is founded on Biblical principles for strong, God-centered, lifelong marriages. More information to come.
Disciples Café
 Sundays: – Beginning January 4th, immediately following the 9:15 service, we hope you will join us at the Disciple’s Café! We will begin the New Year with a look at the theological impacts the four major council meetings have had on theology in modern times. Come and learn about how these councils formed our current doctrine and worship.
