We are busy preparing for Soul in the City and are excited to have you join us! . A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve a slot. We are anticipating a greater interest in this year’s Soul in the City and we may be required to create a wait list once we have reached our capacity for participants. In order to guarantee your registration you must pay your deposit before the capacity is reached, complete and send in registration documents by deadline, and complete balance payment by July 1. Failure to have paperwork turned in and balance paid by July 1 may result in the loss of your slot to someone on the wait list. If you are part of St. Timothy’s Anglican Church youth group (STAY), you will register yourself using the link below.
If you are part of a youth group other than STAY, please talk to your Youth minister to register as a group or for further instructions.

All adult participants will either register themselves or as a group from your church. Contact your youth minister for details.
Notes for Youth Ministers:
Adult chaperones are required with full participation in the event from each church.
- 1 adult (at least 22 years old) for every 5 youth
- If there are male youth there must be at least 1 male adult.
- If there are female youth there must be at least 1 female adult.
- Background checks must be submitted for each adult and each church will be asked to verify that all their adults have gone through child safety program from their church.
This year’s Thursday Fun Day activity will be organized by SitC volunteers and not each independent church in attendance as in the past; thus, the activity cost is included in your SitC registration. All participants will be asked to choose their desired activity at Check-in on Sunday and will be held to that decision for planning purposes.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Balances must be paid in full by July 1.
Final price will be dependent upon when your completed paperwork is received at St. Timothy’s.
To receive the discount, ALL DOCUMENTS must be turned in for all teens and adults.
Regular Registration (April 16 - June 1) $280/person
($50 deposit + $230 + Paperwork received from April 16 to June 1)
Late Registration (June 2 - July 1) $330/person
($50 deposit + $280 + Paperwork received from June 2 to July 1)
Balances not paid in full by July 1 may forfeit $50 deposit payment and registration in order to allow a participant from the wait list. You will receive a final notification before this occurs and an opportunity to pay your balance.
